Peace Winds Japan, an authorized NPO, the operator of Peace Wanko Japan, is participating in the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2024 Charity, to be held on Sunday, October 20, 2024.
We are looking for people who would like to run as charity runners in support of Peace Wanko, which is working to achieve “no-kill” for dogs throughout Japan!
■About Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon
The “Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon” started in 2022 with the aim of contributing to the promotion of people’s health and the creation of a prosperous city through the spread of running sports, and aims to make the event accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or disability, including elite and general citizen runners. The event is designed to make it easy for everyone to participate, regardless of age, sex, gender, or disability.
Peace Winds Japan, a certified NPO, is the donor organization for the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2024 Charity.

(Of the 500 charity runners for the entire event, Peace Winds Japan will only accept 30 charity runners.)
■Outline of the Convention
●Date: Sunday, October 20, 2024
●Venue: Half-marathon course starting and finishing at the National Stadium
●Qualification: 18 years of age or older (as of October 20, 2024, the day of the race)
●Participation method: Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (results will be announced by e-mail at a later date).
●Donation amount: 50,000 yen or more
●Number of applicants: 30
*First-come, first-served basis, so please apply as soon as possible!
●Application deadline: Tuesday, May 7, 2024, 13:00
*Information and results will be sent to appointed runners after May 8 (Wed.).
*In the event of a vacancy, a second round of applications will be held around mid-May.
